There are 2 documents that you can download, fill out, and return to the church office regarding information needed for the new church directory.
You can download the pdf file, print it at home, fill it out and send it to the office.
If you prefer, you can download the Word document and fill it out on your computer. You can type right in the document. Then email it to the church office at office@lansdaleumc.org.
